This is OUR CLUB, so when you have ideas for improvements, tracks you’d like to build, events you’d like to run, group rides you’d like to see or trips you’d like to help organise, please get in touch with someone from the committee so we can help you make YOUR CLUB even more awesome.

The end of the year brings us to Thank you Time!! Let’s get started on thanking a ton of people and businesses that have donated huge amounts of goods, equipment, money, expertise and time to help bring our dreams to life.
Thank you, Thank you Thank you!
Our biggest thanks is to Summit Forests NZ for allowing us to play in their forest. We appreciate everything they do to support our club and their care for the amazing native areas we ride through.
Thanks to Hunter Cycles for spot prizes, great deals for club members and for being the overall good guys of bikes in Kerikeri.
Trail Fund NZ donated $4000 of timber to help us bridge our way to safety on our new fire escape track and boardwalk which we hope to have sorted by the end of the summer. Some of our track building team were invited and attended the Trailfund conference in New Plymouth.
Thanks Law North for pointing out the pitfalls and helping us with the the fine-print
Graeme Brown has arranged the Kerikeri Adventure Film Festival for many years now, sharing the proceeds with Rotary Kerikeri and KKMTB. Thanks Graeme!! We will miss you as you enjoy your adventures in the South Island next year,
Oxford Trust provided assistance to send two of our champion track builders to attend a chainsaw safety and skills course.
Thanks to Martin Posel for keeping an eye on the carpark security camera. Auto One for keeping the truck on the road and keeping it legal. Thanks Northland Regional Council for donating the Kauri protection Wash station
Thanks to Kerikeri St John for making sure our riding buddies know how to care for each other in an emergency and for helping us out when we need it most.
Carpets on Cobham, The Hoult Family, the Whitelaw Whanau, Kerikeri Cabinets, and Williamson Electrical Kerikeri donated towards track building, signage, keeping the shuttle truck doing it’s job.
Thanks to everyone who shoveled dirt, slapped berms, snipped overhung, drained water from dips the track, came to shuttle days and donated towards on-going track development and to those who clicked the ‘donate’ button or just popped a few extra dollars into our account – you know who you are!!!
We couldn’t do it without you! Please look out for ways to support those who support us.
Keep our forest beautiful.
It's travelling time of year. As we travel over the summer and visitors arrive from elsewhere the risk of spreading forest pests and disease increases. Help protect the beautiful environment we ride in.
Please wash your bike and use the Kauri protection wash station on the way in and out. Encourage your friends to do the same.
Our tracks are strategically planned to avoid Kauri, so you may not even realise how many of these forest treasures are just out of sight.
Happy riding!
Summer Riding
All our memberships are now on the Hivepass app. which is helping build networks of riders around the country. Look out for other clubs as you travel around. Keep an eye on your Hivepass app for ride opportunities and messages.
Whitehills
Whitehills is where all the action has been happening and there is superb riding to show for it - grade 3+. Tracks are signposted and on trailforks. Whitehills is open for Club members so encourage your friends to come along with you rather than check it out on their own. White Hills is closed on the 1st Saturday each month and every Wednesday so Hunters can keep the pests under control.
Carpark and Keys
The club carpark means members can buy a key and ride whenever it suits them – as well as on Club rides of course. We strongly recommend that you leave valuables at home. Have a good look around your hive pass app for the application form or click here.
Other Places to Ride
Waitangi Mountain Bike Park is the first stop for new MTB riders and the perfect place to get your kids and their friends hooked on bikes. Team up with another family to make it even more fun. Support your local and invest in our next generation of young riders.
