Inlet Road  is home to ten years of hand-crafted tracks. To enjoy these trails you will need a little confidence. Don’t let that put you off however; tracks are graded to help you choose according to your experience. Tracks are signposted. Quite a few have been lost to recent logging but there are still plenty to explore. During Winter 2022  there will be harvest activity in the forest and tracks may be closed at times. They will not be maintained until harvest is finished for the season. This is a working forest with active logging  so there could be vehicles at any time. Please read and obey any forestry signs. You don't have to wait for a club ride. Get out and enjoy them - Kiwi live here so leave the dog at home.

Find Inlet Road Tracks on Trailforks.

Inlet Road tracks are in the Waitangi Forest.

Harvest activity means that specific areas are out of bounds when logging activities are operating.

Te Araroa Trail passes through this forest, so riders should expect to see walkers, runners and other recreational users of the forest. Please be respectful.

Unauthorised vehicles or motorbikes are prohibited.

Dogs are not permitted as kiwi live in this forest. Go for a night ride and listen out for them.
