Inlet Road  is home to ten years of hand-crafted tracks. To enjoy these trails you will need a little confidence. Don’t let that put you off however; tracks are graded to help you choose according to your experience. Tracks are signposted. Quite a few have been lost to recent logging but there are still plenty to explore. During Summer 2021-2022 tracks are open for use everyday. You don't have to wait for a club ride. Get out and enjoy them - Harvest starts again in the autumn.

Find Inlet Road Tracks on Trailforks.

Inlet Road tracks are in the Waitangi Forest.

Harvest activity means that specific areas are out of bounds when logging activities are operating. Check access restrictions and obey all forestry signage.

Vehicles may be using roads at any time so take extra care when exiting tracks onto the road.

Te Araroa Trail passes through this forest, so riders should expect to see walkers, runners and other recreational users of the forest. Please be respectful.

Unauthorised vehicles or motorbikes are prohibited.

Dogs are not permitted as this forest is a kiwi zone. Come along for a night ride and listen out for them.

Forest Entry
There are two forest gates on Kerikeri Inlet Rd .The first gate is approximately 5 kms from town and the second gate is a further kilometre along the road.

Do not park in front of the forest gates; This is a working forest with active logging and other activities so there could be vehicles entering and leaving the forest at any time.

Kerikeri MTB Club Carpark
Club Members are able to access the club car park which is 600 metres on the right past the first forest gate. Club rides  and trails leave from this carpark.
